Sant Antoni de Portmany

Sant Antoni de Portmany

The village that bids farewell to the day in Ibiza

Known throughout the world for its beautiful and unforgettable sunsets, its views over the islands of Sa Conillera and S’lla des Bosc, and its nightlife, Sant Antoni is also home to some of Ibiza’s most beautiful coves, a range of high-quality dining and accommodation options, historical heritage and endless moments of fun in Portmany Bay thanks to its wide range of water and sailing activities. Without a doubt, much more than you’d expect!

What to see in Sant Antoni

The Church of San Antonio Abad, one of the island’s four fortress churches, marks the historic centre of this old fishing village – the perfect starting point for a stroll that could include, for example, the Molí d’en Simó, the Ses Coves lighthouse and Sa Punta des Molí. The Sant Antoni seafront promenade is also one of its main attractions: it links the beaches of Es Pouet, s’Arenal and Caló des Moro, passing alongside the Ses Fonts promenade and the stretch of coastline known as Ses Variades, home to famous international cafés renowned for their sunset DJ sets.

Within the municipality of Sant Antoni de Portmany, you’ll also find natural areas such as Es Broll and beautiful coves like Cala Gració and Cala Gracioneta, on the outskirts of the town, the famous turquoise waters of Cala Salada and Cala Saladeta, and the stone terraces of Punta Galera.

A recommendation? Enjoy a lovely coastal walk from Sa Punta des Molí to Punta Galera.
