The gastronomic Ibiza
Eating in Ibiza is a product club created by Fomento del Turismo de Ibiza, with the financial support of the Consell de Ibiza, to promote the gastronomy offered on the island of Ibiza.
Our sea and our land provide us with exquisite products, such as olive oil, wine, herbal liqueurs, cheeses, sausages, jams, fish and seafood of exceptional quality, and many more.
From Eating in Ibiza, we value these precious products but also the work of those who produce the delicacies that form part of Ibiza's gastronomy.
A cuisine of great gastronomic and cultural value, centuries-old recipes that are passed down from generation to generation and that form the traditional Ibizan gastronomy, but we also want to highlight the most avant-garde gastronomy offered on the island. Great chefs have bet on Ibiza to make us discover a surprising gastronomy, often inspired by traditional recipes, or simply giving free rein to their imagination.
As well as being able to enjoy excellent gastronomy, you can enjoy it in exceptional locations, both on the beach and surrounded by the magnificent Ibizan countryside.
