Sant Francesc de s’Estany Church

This church, located in the middle of Parque Natural de Ses Salines (Ses Salines Natural Park), already existed in the 18th century as a chapel erected by the salt industry workers.

It is a very humble church with a square floor plan, a tiled roof and a small belfry.

In 2015 the Centro de Interpretación de Ses Salines (Ses Salines Visitor Centre) opened in the adjacent area.

The parish festival is held on April 2nd, the feast of Saint Francis of Paula.
