Tradition and heritage at a mill in Sant Antoni

A glimpse of Sant Antoni as it was before the rise of tourism can be seen in this narrow-towered windmill, typical of the Mallorcan style. Designated a heritage site, inside you can admire the items that make up the Carmen Tur Museum Collection: clothing, footwear, jewellery, traditional instruments, hunting weapons, household objects, tools… In addition, other items from different collections are on display, such as paintings and a set of tools used to make espardeyas, the traditional Ibizan footwear. To get a full picture of Sant Antoni’s rural and seafaring past, be sure to include Sa Punta des Molí and the Ses Coves lighthouse on your tour of the village.
