Mondrian Ibiza proudly announces its return on April 27, marking the start of a highly anticipated 2025 season. Guests are invited to rediscover its striking design in a breathtaking Cala Llonga setting that encourages a vibrant social atmosphere. Framed by lush green hills and the crystal-clear waters of the bay, Mondrian Ibiza offers the ideal retreat for those seeking an escape infused with the cultural essence of the White Island.
Its privileged location provides some of the island’s most stunning views, blending turquoise waters and pine-covered hills in perfect harmony between sea and mountain. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from Ibiza Town and seven minutes from Santa Eulària. An adjacent pier also offers convenient ferry connections to Formentera, Ibiza Town, Es Canar, and Santa Eulària.
NEW EVENT SPACES
In 2025, Mondrian Ibiza unveils two new spaces designed for hosting a wide range of events. With top-tier facilities and exceptional service, the hotel is perfectly suited for both business meetings and cultural gatherings. With capacity for over 300 guests and flexible layout options, these spaces can accommodate everything from conferences and product launches to presentations and weddings.
Sun & Moon offers a unique setting to enjoy sunset cocktails or evening gatherings in an after-work style atmosphere. Available for private hire, it becomes an idyllic backdrop for weddings with views of the pristine waters of Cala Llonga. For the ultimate in exclusivity, the entire hotel can be booked for private events.
NEW GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCES: NIKO AL FRESCO & SONROJO
This season, Mondrian Ibiza welcomes two distinctive culinary concepts, further elevating its celebrated gastronomic offering and reinforcing Cala Llonga as one of the island’s most exciting destinations for discovering unique cuisine.
Niko Al Fresco presents a refreshed take on the contemporary Japanese restaurant that was a hit in 2024. High-quality ingredients, exquisite presentation, and a sophisticated atmosphere are paired with unmatched sea views. Located on the Sun & Moon terrace, the venue transitions from sun-drenched serenity to an evocative night-time gathering spot, where special events are held and the Niko Al Fresco menu is served Wednesday through Sunday. This menu offers a refined interpretation of traditional Japanese flavors, crafted using seasonal, local ingredients. Signature dishes include the soft-shell crab bao with tempura crab, house-made pickles, yellow chili sauce, and shiso leaf, and the miso-glazed black cod.
Sonrojo, on the other hand, introduces a beachfront chiringuito with a Mediterranean spirit, nestled along Cala Llonga’s peaceful shoreline. Open for lunch and dinner, it’s the perfect place to enjoy cold beers and sangria alongside classic Mediterranean fare such as paella, grilled fresh fish, and vibrant salads — timeless staples of Spanish cuisine. With a focus on locally sourced, zero-kilometer ingredients, Sonrojo perfectly complements long sun-soaked beach days.
