Cala Molí
Sant Josep de sa Talaia

Cala Molí

Located between Cala Tarida and Punta des Llosar, at about 10 km from San Josep de Sa Talaia. From its coastline you can see the small island of s’Espartar. This U-shaped sea inlet, paradisiacal and calm is characterized by having the estuary of Torrent de Can Nadal; small size; a slope of white and fine-grained sand and several escars (handcraft shipyards typical from the Balearic Islands); clear crystal water; and sandy, algae and rocky ground that invites to practice diving and boat anchoring.

It has marine and underwater conditions suitable for anchoring boats. It is exposed to the wind from the first quadrant. Navigators are recommended to anchor in the centre of the cove, over a sandy and underwater vegetation ground with a depth ranging from 4 to 9 metres. You can get there by taking the Sant Josep road towards Sant Antoni and then about 1 km after Sant Josep you turn off to the left. When you come to a roundabout follow the signs towards Cala Tarida and before you reach Cala Tarida you will see a roundabout, follow straight on and you will reach Cala Molí. Access by car is easy following the signs and detours. The private car can be parked free of charge in the surroundings.

It is also possible to access by public transport, which bus stop is at 3 km away (Cala Tarida) and the rest of the path should be done walking. Ultimately, it is a stunning beach with all the necessary services to go totally unconcerned and be able to enjoy the most.
