Salt d'en Serrà
Also known as Sol d'en Serra, this wild and secluded cove is located just a few minutes from Cala Llonga, between Cap des Llibrell and Punta des Puig Negre, nestled under cliffs and facing the southeast winds. Its narrow shore, which expands or shrinks depending on the sea conditions, is mostly composed of pebbles, with some sandy areas, just like its seabed. For these reasons, bring water shoes and don't expect to be able to plant a sunshade, although you will find shaded areas. Salt d'en Serrá is one of the least crowded coves, but if you have a Robinson Crusoe spirit, keep in mind you won't be entirely alone: perched atop the cliff that shelters it is one of Ibiza's most well-known sophisticated beach restaurants. If you seek a wild setting with few bathers, a picturesque landscape, and a high-quality dining experience, head to this hidden corner of Santa Eulària's coast.
