Apartamentos Niko

Isidoro Macabich, 21

Description

The Niko Apartments are a group of 20 tourist flats divided into 1 bedroom flats (2/3 pax), 2 bedrooms (4/5 pax) and 3 bedrooms (6/7 pax), with full kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave...), 1 or 2 complete bathrooms, living room and terrace, colour TV, satellite dish, safe, air conditioning or fan... and to all this we must add their cleaning service and towel change 3 days a week, all at a very good quality-price ratio.

The location of the Niko Apartments has incomparable possibilities as they are situated in the centre of the village of Santa Eulalia del Rio and only 100m from the marina and the shallow waters of the beach, ideal for safe bathing. In the surrounding area you will find all the services within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, shops, chemists, health centre, banks, bus stop, etc.

The Niko Apartments located in Santa Eulalia del Rio, one of the most attractive and central locations of Ibiza, are very appropriate for rest and enjoyment of the beautiful island of Ibiza, its wonderful beaches, its hippy markets of Sant Carlos and Es Canar in Santa Eulalia, its beautiful inland villages, its gastronomy, its magical sunsets or its endless nights for the most daring.

Santa Eulalia has a wide promenade that surrounds the entire coastline, a beach with crystal clear waters and an excellent range of entertainment (sky, jet skis, canoes, diving schools, boat hire, etc.). At 100m from the Niko flats we find the passenger boats, in case you want to visit the neighbouring island of Formentera, which is only 60 minutes away, or any of the beautiful coves with turquoise waters that surround our coastline and at the same time enjoy a pleasant boat trip.

All this and much more that you will discover will make your holiday at the Niko Apartments simply unforgettable.
