Six Senses Ibiza presents an extensive and varied wellness programme this autumn
Six Senses Ibiza presents an extensive and varied wellness programme for this autumn, a season that invites you to retreat and recover routines for personal wellbeing. From retreats of different types and duration given by international experts to the second edition of Alma Festival, the holistic treatments of the Six Senses Ibiza Spa and the prevention and rejuvenation programmes of the RoseBar, the centre specialising in longevity directed by the prestigious doctor and expert in functional medicine, Mark Hayman. In addition, during the autumn the resort offers exclusive accommodation and wellness promotions for residents.
Alma Festival
After an inaugural edition that was a resounding success, Six Senses Ibiza will celebrate the second edition of Alma Festival from the 3rd to the 5th of November. Alma is a three-day wellness-focused festival that brings together world-renowned expert voices on the island to present the latest trends in physical, mental and spiritual self-care and to encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences to spread knowledge of methods, resources and techniques that can help people live a more conscious, happy and fulfilled life, breathing new life into modern spirituality.
Under the title 'United in Search of Wellbeing', Alma Festival will break down a rich programme of daily activities, including expert talks, workshops, coaching sessions, mindfulness practices, sunset celebrations and music to inspire personal transformation and celebrate life. The beautiful bay of Cala Xarraca offers the perfect setting for this gathering with two ways to participate: the full festival (three days) or the Sunday 5 November session (Alma Festival Sunday Pass), which includes access to the full Alma Festival programme that day, resort facilities and lunch (price: €210).
Guests at the 2023 edition include coach Roxie Nafousi, nutritionist Jasmine Hemsley, clinical psychologist and author Julie Smith, The Class creator Taryn Toomey and renowned Pilates trainer Bryony Deery. Other participants include vegan nutrition guru and founder of Farmacy Camilla Fayed, cosmetic acupuncturist Sarah Bradden, photographer Jimmy Nelson, known for his work on ancient indigenous cultures, former England boxing captain George Veness, yoga instructor James De Maria and Anna Bjurstam, wellness expert at Six Senses.
