With just over a month to go, CBbC Cala Bassa is finalizing the details for the fourth edition of its traditional charity dinner to benefit Fundación Conciencia, which will take place next Friday, October 2, starting at 8:00 p.m. This event once again brings together gastronomy and charity in Ibiza with the goal of supporting the foundation’s work.
For this edition, CBbC Cala Bassa has designed a special culinary experience that combines ingredients, techniques, and diverse culinary influences, featuring a selection of hot and cold appetizers, fish as the first course, meat as the second course, and dessert.
The dinner will feature two menu options: a traditional one and a vegetarian one, both designed specifically for the occasion and featuring original creations. Each guest may choose their menu when making a reservation. The full menu can be found in the attached document.
The dining experience is rounded out with a selection of wines chosen to pair with each dish and enhance their flavors and nuances, in addition to beverages served throughout the dinner.
The price of the dinner is 80 euros per person, and seating is limited. As in previous years, all proceeds will go to Fundación Conciencia, reinforcing CBbC Cala Bassa’s commitment to the island’s social initiatives.
The dinner follows a third edition that raised more than 28,000 euros through donations and a charity raffle—a figure that reflects the support of customers, partners, and businesses for this initiative.
Beyond the dinner itself, the goal is to ensure that anyone who wishes to contribute can do so.
